PRE-PRESS: Liaise with client and designers, Plan and output to digital proofs and run wet press proofs and to plate using same file at 200lpi.

PRESS: 12 pages printed four colour process plus high gloss varnish on Heidelberg Speedmaster 52, Cover printed four colour process plus high gloss varnish throughout.

FINISHING: Covers cut, creased, scored & made up by hand with pockets. Text trimmed, collated and stitched with single security stitch. Then covers dropped onto text and stitched with two additional wires.

MATERIALS: Covers 350gsm gloss art board. Text 200gsm gloss art.
