Whenever we are aware of a pending job we would insist on being consulted and working just as close with the client as the designer After all who is in the best position to know how much wrap

around to allow for on a forty eight page brochure with bleeds? Or what maximum screen ruling to allow for on the expensive uncoated cotton paper that has been specified?

 

 

Print can be a very technical and expensive minefield, get it right from the start!

 

Brochures are defined in a dictionary as a booklet, catalogue, circular, folder, hand-out, leaflet, pamphlet or prospectus, all of which KMS have many years experience in producing. Whether you are producing a fairly straightforward four page sales brochure or a complex forty eight page prospectus with pockets on the inside back cover it is crucial that you include your chosen print partner from the earliest discussion stages, whether they are designing the product or not.

So often the first involvement that the print company will get in the production is when the copy is given to them as signed off copy. If at this stage we foresee production
